高效液相色谱法测定锦灯笼药材中维生素C含量

摘　　要：目的:建立一种测定锦灯笼药材中维生素C含量的方法。方法:色谱柱采用Agilent TC-18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),柱温为25℃,以0.1%草酸水为流动相,流速为0.5 mL.min-1,UV检测器,检测波长为265nm。结果:样品进样量在4.72～23.6μg时呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);加样回收率分别为99%和97%,RSD为2.52%和2.12%。结论:本法操作简便,分离效果好。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determining Vitamin C of Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus.Method：HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent TC-18 analytical column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）using 0.1% aqueous oxalic acid as the mobile phase with UV absorption 265 nm.The flow rate was 0.5mL·min-1.Results：The calibration curves were linear for Vitamin C within 4.72~23.6μg（r=0.9997）.The recoveries were 99% and 97%（RSD=2.52% and 2.12%）.Conclusion：This method was simple and the results were satisfactory.
