RP-HPLC同时测定左金丸中盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定左金丸中盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量的液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.3%磷酸-0.3%三乙胺为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为40℃;检测波长为225nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱分别在5.00～500.00(R2=0.9992)、1.13～30.00(R2=0.9999)、1.25～50.00(R2=1)μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为105.04%(RSD=3.04%)、92.98%(RSD=1.23%)、97.90%(RSD=1.44%)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于左金丸制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish a liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride,evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Zuojin Pill.Methods：The column was Agilent ODS C18（250mm× 4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid-0.3% triethylamine with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the column temperature was 40℃,and the detection wavelength was 225nm.Results：The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride,evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 5.00～500.00μg.mL-1（r2=0.9992）,1.13～30.00μg.mL-1（r2=0.9999）,1.25～50.00μg.mL-1（r2 =1）,respectively.The average recoveries were 105.04%（RSD=3.04%）,92.98%（RSD=1.23%）,97.90%（RSD=1.44%）,respectively.Conclusion：The method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Zuojin Pill.
