摘　　要：云南要把握好我国“西部大开发战略”的极好机遇 ,应发挥云南的水电优势 ,才能保护好生态环境 ,达到和满足云南“可持续发展战略”Yunnan should make a good use of the opportunity provided by the grand development of western China and gives full play to the preferential endowment of hydro-power so as to protect the eco-environment and realize the sustainable development in Yunnan.
