摘 要:对轮窑烧砖烟气处理的石灰乳水溶液吸收过程和吸收排渣的固化过程进行了理论分析 ,探讨了该系统的工艺条件和设施。结果表明 ,采用喷射鼓泡反应器处理含氟、含硫烟气 ,氟化物平均浓度从 94.7mg/m3降至 7.2 mg/m3,二氧化硫从 62 5.5mg/m3降至 1 1 5.8mg/m3,平均去除率氟化物为 92 .4% ,二氧化硫为 81 .5% ;吸收排渣可固化于主产品内而又不影响产品质量 ,消除了二次污染。This paper analysed absorption procedure of limemilk water solution and solidification procedure of absorption residue extraction on flue gas from annular kilm fire bricks.It also discussed the processing technique and mechanism of the system.The results show that controlling fluro-complex and sulfur dioxide in flue gas with jet bubble reactor could solidify absorption residue extraction in main product and had no secondary pollution.The contents of fluro-complex and sulfur dioxide descended to 7.2mg/m^3 and 115.8mg/m^3 from 94.7mg/m^3 and 625.5mg/m^3,average removal rates were 92.4% and 81.5% respectively.
