摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜辅助下儿童食管贲门狭窄的扩张治疗。方法对21例食管贲门狭窄患儿进行胃镜辅助下扩张治疗,其中探条扩张18例,球囊扩张3例。结果 21例患儿经1～4次间断扩张治疗后基本消除梗阻,吞咽困难明显改善。结论胃镜辅助下食管扩张术是一种简单、安全、有效、并发症少的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic dilation of esophagus and gastric cardia stricture in children.Methods Twenty-one pediatric patients were endoscopically treated for esophagus and gastric cardia stricture.Among them,18 cases were received bougie dilatation,and 3 cases were received balloon dilatation.Results After dilatation 1 to 4 times,all cases were successfully relieved esophageal obstruction and dysphagia symptoms.Conclusions The endoscopic dilatation is a simple,safe,effective management of esophagus and gastric cardia in children and is worth applying in clinic.
