血清RBP和CysC联合检测对高血压早期肾功能损害的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP ）和胱抑素（CysC ）联合检测对高血压早期肾功能损害的诊断价值.方法 对100 例高血压早期肾功能损害患者和80 例健康人的血清RBP 和CysC 进行测定,并分析单项指标及两项指标联合检测在高血压早期肾功能损害患者与健康人的差异.结果 血清RBP 和CysC 在高血压早期肾功能损害患者中均有不同程度增高,与健康人对照组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05 ）;两项指标联合检测可使高血压早期肾功能损害的诊断率提高.结论 血清RBP 和CysC 是诊断高血压早期肾功能损害的敏感指标,两项联合检测更加具有重要的诊断价值.Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum RBP and CysC joint test to early renal damage in hypertension. Methods To determine serum RBP and CysC in 100 cases of patients with early renal damage in hypertension and 80 cases of healthy people, and to study the differences between single parameter and two indexes united detection in patients with early renal damage in high blood pressure and normal healthy people. Results Serum RBP and CysC in hypertensive patients with early renal damage were different in the degree of increase, they were significant difference to the normal control group （ P〈0.05 ） , two indices united detection can make the diagnosis rate of early renal damage in hypertension increased significantly （ 92.0% ） . Conclusion Serum RBP and CysC are sensitive indices for diagnose of early renal damage in hypertension, two indices joint test has important diagnostic value in early renal impairment in hypertension..
