摘　　要：为适应建筑环境与设备工程专业人才培养目标的要求,文章通过举办各界专家座谈会探讨毕业设计题目的广度和深度,在建立各类实习基地的基础上探讨如何拓宽学生的就业面,依靠"实习观察—案例教学—设计讨论"立体化教学手段增强学生解决实际问题的能力,突出专业特色,保证毕业生能够适应现代社会发展的实际需要。To adapt the requests of talents training target of building environment and facility equipment specialty,the extension and depth of graduation design is discussed by professional symposia.Based on all kinds of practice foundation,the paper discusses how to obtain employment broadly,enhance the undergraduates＇ ability through the three-dimensional teaching method based on practice,case teaching and discussion.Therefore,the specialized feature is emphasized and it can help the undergraduates to meet the actual need of the modern society.
