摘　　要：通过梳理,理清楚忠贞人士黄毓祺的抗清行迹,澄清其初次起义地、再次起义时间、被捕原因、策动钱谦益抗清等抗清事迹史实。Through studies and investigation, it has been proved that the place and the time of Huang Yuqi＇s uprising against the Qing Dynasty, and also the reason for his arrest. Some historical facts have also been clarified that Huang Yuqi instigated Qian Qianyi to revolt against the Qing Dynasty.
