准二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨准二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的手术方法及临床应用价值。方法:将2010年11月-2011年8月60例胆囊良性疾病患者随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例,试验组使用常规器械行准二孔法LC,对照组行三孔法LC,比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、切口累计长度等指标。结果:两组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但切口累计长度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),准二孔法LC明显优于三孔法LC。结论:使用常规器械行准二孔法LC与三孔法LC比较,减少了一个创口,缩短了切口累计长度,改善了美容效果,提高了患者的满意度,科学、可行、实用和优越,有其临床应用价值。Objective：To investigate the quasi-two hole method LC surgical methods and clinical value.Methods：60 cases of benign gallbladder disease in our hospital from November 2010 to August 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases）and control group（30 cases）,experimental group were treated with conventional equipment line quasi-two hole method LC,and control group were treated with three-hole method LC.Operative time, amount of bleeding, hospitalization time and cumulative incision length indicators in two groups were compared.Results：The difference of surgery time, blood loss, hospitalization time in two groups were not statistically significant （P〈0.05）;but the difference of cumulative incision length was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,quasi-two hole LC was better than three-hole method LC.Conclusion：Compare with three-hole method LC, conventional equipment line quasi-two holes method LC shorten the cumulative incision length, and improved cosmetic results and patient’s satisfaction,it has clinical value.
