摘　　要：目的:报告急诊手术治疗上矢状窦损伤的临床分析。方法:对34例上矢状窦损伤的病例进行回顾性分析,总结经验,比较各种手术治疗方法。结果:本组34例患者预后按GCS评分:死亡2例,重残6例,轻残3例,良好23例。结论:急诊手术治疗是治疗上矢状窦损伤的主要方法,早期彻底清创,尽早选择正确手术入路和修补方法,是成功救治上矢状窦损伤患者的关键。Objective：To report the clinical analysis of emergency operation treatment in superior sagittal sinus injury.Methods：34 cases of superior sagittal sinus injury were analyzed retrospectively,sum up experience,comparing the various treatment methods of operation.Results：In this group of 34 patients prognosis according to GCS score：2 patients died.6 cases of severely disabled,mild disability in 3 cases,good in 23 cases.Conclusion：Emergency operation treatment in superior sagittal sinus injury are the main method of treatment,early debridement thoroughly,as soon as possible to choose the correct operation approach and repair methods are successful treatment of injury of superior sagittal sinus in patients with critical.
