新媒体环境下党的执政能力建设面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：新媒体环境下,中国共产党的执政工作更加公开透明。新媒体增强了舆论对党的监督力度,提升了公民的参与意识;新媒体提高了公民的民主意识,拓宽了群众的政治参与渠道;新媒体带来的舆论多样性和西方意识形态的渗透,对党执政的理论基础提出了挑战;新媒体带来的社群变化对党的社会管理能力提出了挑战。面对新形势,共产党必须充分认识并发挥新媒体的积极作用,推进马克思主义的大众化,革新舆论引导方式,提升领导干部的新媒体素养,增强新媒体环境下共产党科学执政的能力。The party＇s ruling work is becoming more open and transparent under the new media environment. The new media have enhanced the public opinion supervision degree to the party, improved the public＇s sense of participation. Meanwhile, the new media have increased the public＇s sense of democracy and broadened the public＇s channels of political participation. With the development of the new media, diversity of the public opinion and the penetration of western ideology have posed a series of enormous challenges to the theoretical basis of the ruling party. And the community change that comes from the new media has posed a big challenge to the party＇s management ability. Confronted from the new situation, it is imperative for the ruling party to fully understand and effectively utilize the positive role of new media, enhance the popularity of Marxism, innovate the way to guide public opinion, upgrade the leaders＇ literacy of the new media, increase the capability of scientific governance in new media environment.
