从文本特征定量分析看《桃花源记》英译本的词语操作常规

摘　　要：以《桃花源记》中林语堂和A.R.Davis的译本为研究对象,从Toury的描写翻译学出发,采取Halliday系统功能语言学的文本分析方法,从及物性的三个方面,即过程、参与者和环境成分对两个英译本的词语特征进行分析,发现林译本词语操作具有明确和简化特征,戴译本暗含和显化特征更为明显。林译本总体趋向传统化期待常规,而戴译本趋向陌生化期待常规。The English versions of Tao Hua Yuan Ji by LIN Yutang and A. R. Davis are fucosed on as the research objects. Starting from Toury＇s descriptive translation studies and taking Halliday＇s systemic functional linguistics as the text-analyzing methods, from the three aspects of transitivity, namely, process, participant and circumstantial element, the lexical characteristics of the two versions are analyzed, which finds that the lexical operation norms of LIN＇s version possess the characteristics of explicitation and simplification, while Davis＇ more obviously show implicitation and complication. It is concluded that the general lexical operation norms of Lin＇s is inclined to the convention expectation norms, whereas Davis＇ to the foreignness expectation norms.
