摘　　要：政府网络新闻发言人制度是政府掌控、引导舆情的新举措。目前,政府网络新闻发言人在及时、准确地发布权威信息、消除误解、化解矛盾、引导网络舆论方面发挥了较大的作用,但是也存在着制度建设不完善、反馈不及时、交流不平等等一些问题。本文力求辩证地分析这一制度的优越性与缺失。The government network news spokesperson system is a new initiative for the government to control and guide public opinion. At present, the government network news spokesperson has played a large role in releasing authoritative information timely and accurately, eliminating misunderstandings, resolving conflicts, and guiding public opinion in the network, but there are also some problems. For example, the construction of the system is not perfect, the feedback is not timely, the exchange is not equal. This article seeks a dialectical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
