摘 要:目的:探讨清热解毒方对脓毒症大鼠的治疗作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、清热解毒方1组(QR1)、清热解毒方2组(QR2)和血必净组,采用盲肠结扎穿孔法制备脓毒症大鼠模型,给予不同配伍的清热解毒方治疗,治疗后0~3d,观察各组大鼠的死亡率;检测尚存活大鼠的AST、ALT、AST/ALT、BUN、Cr以及血小板膜表面CD62p表达情况。结果:清热解毒方,尤败酱草能够提高脓毒症大鼠的存活率,并显著降低血小板CD62P阳性血小板的百分率(P<0.05)。给药3d后,与模型组比较,各清热解毒方组在不同程度上降低了AST及ALT的表达水平。各给药组都可以使造模后升高的BUN、Cr有显著的下降(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒方可以改善脓毒症大鼠的肝、肾及血小板功能,其中败酱草在提高存活率及降低血小板活化方面发挥重要的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of different compatibility of Qingre jiedu Formulae in septic rat models. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, septic model group, Q1 group, Q2 group,and Xuebijing group.The septic models were made by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) in rats. The groups were respectively given different compatible Qingre jiedu formulae for 72 hours. Then the mortalities of different groups were determined; also, several physiological indexes were examined: such as AST, ALT, AST/ALT, BUN, Cr and CD62p. Results Herba Patriniae markedly reduced the positive CD62p percentage of platelet. Each component of Qingre jiedu formula could reduce the AST and ALT levels. All the groups could significantly descend the highly level of BUN and CK in model rats. Conclusions The Qingre jiedu Formulae shows therapeutic effect on the function of the liver, kidney and blood in septic model rats. Herba Patriniae plays the most important role in the improvement of the mortality of septic model rat, and reduces the growing tendency of CD62p positive platelets grow in septic rat.
