度冷丁溶液对成年大鼠臀肌挛缩症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肌肉注射度冷丁溶液对臀肌挛缩症的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠分为3组:阳性对照组注射苯甲醇青霉素溶液,阴性对照组注射生理盐水青霉素溶液,实验组注射度冷丁溶液。观察注射2h后大鼠步态变化。处死后取注射部位臀肌,大体观察肌肉色泽、弹性和肌张力。制作组织切片光镜下观察肌纤维变化。结果:阳性对照组及实验组8周后均出现步态异常,阴性对照组仅1只有步态异常。大体观察8周后阳性对照组及实验组大部分可见纤维挛缩束带,光镜下可见大量胶原纤维增生,纤维化区域可见大片致密胶原纤维结缔组织,同肌腱结构相似。阴性对照组8周后未见挛缩带,肌肉弹性好。光镜下可见肌纤维排列整齐,中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。结论:臀肌注射苯甲醇青霉素溶液及度冷丁溶液可以导致大鼠臀肌挛缩症,频繁肌肉注射生理盐水青霉素溶液是臀肌挛缩症的一个影响因素。Objective Discuss the influence of Meperidine solution on adult rat＇s gluteal muscle contracture＇s （GMC）. Methods Wistar rats were divided into three groups： Positive control group inject benzyl alcohol penicillin solution, the negative control group inject saline penicillin solution, the experimental group inject meperidine solution. Observe the gait changes after injected 2 hours. After the rats were sacrificed,take the injected muscles to observe muscle＇s color, flexibility and muscle tone. Make the histotomy and observe the changes of muscle fiber under microscope. Results Positive control group and experimental group showed abnormal gait after 8 weeks. The negative control gToup only one has gait abnormality, Specimens observations indicate that the most of control group and experimental group can be visible fiber contracture belt after 8 weeks. Microscopy showed large number of collagen fibers, Large areas of dense fibrosis were visible, similar with tendon. The negative control group has no fiber contracture belt,the muscle elastic is well, the muscle fiber showed arrangement under microcopy.the neutrophile granulocyte and lymphocyte ingiltration in them. Conclusion injection of penicillin benzyl alcohol solution and meperidine solution can lead to rat GMC, Frequently intramuscular injection of penicillin saline solution is a factor of GMC.
