摘 要:沟槽施工是供水工程的第一道程序,合理的施工工艺可以保证沟槽的稳定,进而为施工安全和质量提供保证。针对长兴岛海峡段复杂地质和环境条件,探讨了几种沟槽施工工艺的优缺点,并进行了方案比选,确定了适合本施工区间合理的施工工艺;结合所选的施工工艺,运用数值模拟的方法对围堰宽度和边坡比进行最优化分析。现场施工表明,所提方案切实可行,跟设计方案比较,保证了施工工期,节省了工程造价,为类似工程施工提供了依据和设计参考。Groove construction is the first procedure in water supply engineering.An optimal construction technology could ensure the safety of groove and then guarantee the construction safety and quality.Here,several groove construction technologies are discussed combined with the engineering conditions of Changxing Island's strait section,and a lot of numerical experiments are done to optimize the construction plan,such that it could fit the construction section.A best construction technology is finally put forward,and the numerical simulation is used to analyze and optimize the cofferdam width and gradient ratio,and the result is very helpful.It is proved by the site operation that the plan is feasible,it could not only ensure the construction duration,but also save the cost of project.All these as mentioned above could be consulted by similar engineering projects for construction and design.
