摘　　要：根据珍珠纤维原料的性能,通过优化设计其纱支、织物组织及织造工艺条件,同时结合浆染工艺,采用预烘、低温液氨丝光等后处理技术,开发出了珍珠纤维功能型牛仔面料,以适应市场需求。According to the performarce of pearl fiber,by optimizing the yarn count,fabric texture and weaving parameter,and combining with sizing and dyeing process,it utilized the finishing of pre-drying and liquid ammonia mercerization at low temperature,then the denim functional fabric of pearl fiber was developed to meet market demand.
