摘 要:采用Cibacron FN系列活性染料对大豆纤维染色性能进行了系统实验,探讨了大豆纤维变性浴染色的基本染色规律。实验结果表明,一氟均三嗪及改良的乙烯砜型双活性基染料对大豆纤维的最佳的变性浴染色pH值为3~4,续染时间为60min,染色温度为70℃,对大豆蛋白纤维采用活性染料变性浴的染色方法,可明显提高得色量和固色率,染色残液的色度明显减少。选用合适的固色剂固色后,可获得与碱性浴相当的色牢度,并有较好的染色重现性。The dyeing behaviors of Cibacron FN reactive dyes were tested systematically to study the principal dyeing performance of the denaturalization bath for soybean fiber.The results showed that temperature of 70 ℃,pH value of 3~4 and the standing time of 60 min were the optimum dyeing process of denaturalization bath for soybean fiber using monochlorotriazine and vinyl sulfone reactive dyes. The color yield and degree of fixation were significantly improved and the colourity of dyeing wastewater was reduced.The same color fastness as alkaline bath dyeing process could be obtained using the appropriate fixing agent and the denaturalization bath for soybean fiber has excellent reproducibility.
