摘  要:目的探讨影响福州地区汉族人群生活行为因素与冠心病血瘀证的相关性及其关联强度。方法采用病例对照研究设计,收集2009年8月~2011年4月新发冠心病血瘀证患者和非冠心病非血瘀证的其它疾病患者为研究对象,采用问卷调查收集合格对象基本信息及生活行为因素,单因素及多因素非条件logistic回归方法分析各因素与冠心病血瘀证的关联及关联强度。结果合格对象196例,其中冠心病血瘀证98例,非冠心病非血瘀证者98例。单因素分析结果 :高龄、脑力劳动、高血压、高食用油消耗、高食盐消耗、高肉类消耗等患冠心病血瘀证的风险明显高于对照人群,而体育锻炼是其保护因素。排除年龄、性别等非生活行为因素的影响后,食用油、食盐及肉类消耗过多仍为冠心病血瘀证的危险因素。结论相对于非冠心病人群,食用油、食盐及肉类消耗等生活行为因素可促进血瘀的形成,是福州地区汉族人群冠心病血瘀证的重要易感因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between life styles and coronary heart disease(CHD) with blood stasis syndrome(BSS) and the correlation strength in Han population of Fuzhou area.Methods Case control studies were conducted in new-onset CHD patients with BSS and non-CHD patients with non-BSS collected from August 2009 to April 2011.The essential information and life styles of the patients were collected through questionnaires,and the relationship between life styles and CHD with BSS and the correlation strength were analyzed through univariate and multivariate logistic analysis.Results A total of 196 subjects were recruited,and 98 patients who diagnosed CHD with BSS were served as the observation group and 98 patients who diagnosed other diseases were served as the control group.Univariate analysis showed that advanced age,mental work,high blood pressure,high consumption of edible oil,salt and meat were the risk factors of CHD with BSS,and the risk in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,while the regular exercise was the protective factors.Excluding the influence of non-life styles,such as age,sex and high blood pressure,high consumption of edible oil,salt and meat were still the risk factors of CHD with BSS.Conclusion The major susceptible risk factors for CHD with BSS are excessive consumption of edible oil,salt and meat.
