六味地黄丸对高血脂模型大鼠脂代谢和肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄丸对高血脂模型大鼠脂代谢和肝功能的影响。方法通过喂养高脂饲料建立高血脂大鼠模型,造模成功后灌胃六味地黄丸混悬液,测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)的含量,并测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷氨酰转肽酶(GPT)活力。结果六味地黄丸组大鼠血清LDL-c比模型组明显降低,而TC、TG和HDL-c差别不显著;六味地黄丸组大鼠血清ALT活力比模型组明显降低,而AST、AST/ALT和GPT差别不显著。结论六味地黄丸能降低高血脂模型大鼠血清LDL-c水平和血清ALT活力,具有调脂和保肝的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills on lipid metabolism and liver function of rat models of hyperlipemia.Methods Rat models of hyperlipemia were established by fedding high lipid foods,then the rats were given Liuwei Dihuang pills suspension by gavage,and the contents of serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-c） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-c） and the activity of serum alanine transaminase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and glutamyltranspeptidase（GPT） were determined.Results Compared with model group,the content of LDL-c and activity of ALT in Liuwei Dihuang pills group were significantly decreased,but the differences of TC,TG,HDL-c,AST,AST/ALT and GPT were not significant.Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pills can decrease the level of LDL-c and the activity of ALT of rat models of hyperlipemia,and has effects of regulating lipids and protecting liver.
