摘　　要：目的观察透骨消痛胶囊的急性毒性反应。方法将小鼠一次性给予不同浓度药物的混悬液,对照组给予同体积的生理盐水。连续观察、记录小鼠的毒性反应情况,于第7 d、14 d取血清进行生化分析,病理检查脏器。结果小鼠的耐受剂量相当于临床剂量的366倍。结论说明透骨消痛胶囊安全性较好。Objective To observe the acute toxicity test of Tougu Xiaotong capsule.Methods Mice were divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group was treated with different concentration of Tougu Xiaotong capsule suspension once in a time,and the control group was given normal saline at the same dose.The toxic reactions of mice were observed and recorded successively,the serum were collected in the 7th day and the 14th day for biochemical analysis,and the pathology of organs were detected.Results The tolerance dose of mice after intragastric administration was 366 times that of clinical dose.Conclusion Tougu Xiaotong capsule has no obviously acute toxicity,and it is safe in clinical use.
