摘　　要：为改善电机的启动特性,设计了一种集异步电动机启动和保护功能于一体的异步电机软启动装置,该装置以ARM9处理器LPC3180为核心,依托微处理器对同步信号、相序信号和缺相信号的检测,使装置的硬件电路简单可靠,利用微处理器的比较匹配功能输出晶闸管的触发脉冲,使系统有较高的输出精度。采用多任务和模块化的设计理念,设计了异步电动机的软启动装置的系统软件。In order to improve the motor starting characteristics,this paper design a set of the asynchronous motor soft starting device of asynchronous motor starting and protection functions in one.The device based on ARM9 LPC3180 processor as the core,rely on the microprocessor on detection of the synchronous signal,phase sequence signal and phase lack of trust signal,so that the hardware circuit is simple and reliable.The use of the microprocessor comparison matching function output thyristor trigger pulse,so that the system has high output precision.
