摘　　要：环介导等温扩增技术是一门新兴的分子生物学检测技术,已广泛用于各种微生物的检测。通过对环介导等温扩增技术的原理、引物设计遵循原则、操作程序简要说明,对近年来环介导等温扩增技术在细菌、RNA病毒、DNA病毒引起的动物传染病中研究和具体应用进展做了重点综述,并对其研究应用前景进行了展望,为该技术广泛应用于动物传染病的诊断提高参考。The loop-mediated isothermal amplification is a novel nucleic acid amplication method.It has been widly used in the detection of various pathogens at present.The paper introduced the principle,rules for primer designing basic operating procedures of this methed,and reviewed its application in detecting animal infectious diseases caused by bacteria,RNA virus or DNA virus,and prospected the future in animal disease diagnosis in order to pay attention to it by more researchers,for better and faster diagnosis in animal infectious diseases.
