摘　　要：指出了分时竞价方式的弊端,讨论了分段竞价方式的概念、运行方式、规则和规模,并以具体实例对分段竞价和分时竞价方式进行了模拟,分别求出了2种报价策略下的总购电费用。结果表明总费用与报价模式没有必然联系,其取决于报价策略,并提出了分段竞价理论的研究方向。The paper points out drawbacks of the hourly bidding model, and introduces the concept of the block bidding mode, operation model, rules and scale. Specific examples of the block bidding and the hourly bidding are simulated, and the power purchase costs under the two biddings formats are obtained respectively. The study result shows that the total power purchase cost is not relevant to the pricing model, but depends on the bidding strategies. The paper also discusses the research direction of the block bidding theory.
