摘 要:针对既想保持差压变送器基本优点又想克服其导压管诸多缺点的流量检测问题,设计了新型中部通孔动节流元件的流量变送器。该变送器具体的实施方式是将节流元件从固定式改为可动式,并以金属弹性膜片隔离被测流体并承受其压力、支撑动节流元件并允许其在一定范围内沿轴向移动。试验数据表明,该变送器具有精度高、压力损失小、调校方便、价格低廉等优点,具有最终取代全部差压变送器及大部分超声波流量计的发展前景。A new kind of flow transmitter with dynamic throttling element equipped a through hole in the middle is designed.This transmitter maintains basic advantages of d/p transmitter and overcomes many flow detection problems of its impulse piping.The specific implementing measures are that the throttling element is changed from stationary type to movable type,and the metal elastic diaphragm is used to isolate the measured fluid and to sustain its pressure,support dynamic throttling element to allow it moving along the axial direction within certain range.The test data show that the transmitter features many advantages,e.g.,high accuracy,small pressure loss,easy to calibrae,low cost and etc.,and it possesses better developing and applicable prospects.
