摘  要:目的 探讨三维超声成像显示中晚期妊娠胎儿脊柱和胸廓结构的方法及其应用价值。方法 采用Voluson 5 3 0D三维超声成像仪对 3 0例中晚期妊娠的胎儿脊柱和胸廓进行三维超声重建。结果 所有病例均能满意显示脊柱和胸廓结构的三维图像 ,该方法不受羊水量多少的限制 ,重复性好 ,重建成功率达 10 0 %。三维超声显示胎儿脊柱和胸廓结构不受其复杂曲率变化的影响 ,能整体显示上述结构 ,清晰显示脊柱和肋骨之间的连接关系及各结构间的空间位置关系。局部放大能直观显示椎体的形态、大小和椎间隙等结构。结论 三维超声成像可提供较二维超声更多的关于脊柱和胸廓的诊断信息 ,且成像方便、重复性好 ,值得临床应用推广。Objective To evaluate the method and clinical value of visualizing the fetal spine and thoracic skeleton with three dimensional ultrasonography(3DUS).Methods Thirty fetuses in second and third trimester were studied by the three dimensional imaging system of Voluson 530D. Results Satisfactory 3D images of the spine and thoracic skeleton were obtained in all fetuses, and the method was not affected by the amount of the amniotic fluid. 3D sonograms clearly showed the structural continuity and spatial relationship of the spine and ribs, also the vertebral bodies, spine, and ribs were identifiable on the 3D sonograms.Conclusions 3DUS could provides more information about fetal spine and thoracic skeleton than two dimensional ultrasonography. 3DUS is easily performed and the success rate is up to 100%, therefore, it is deserved to popularize in clinical use.
