摘　　要：墙体霉菌是建筑物频发的质量问题,在对建筑物本身造成危害的同时,还严重威胁着人们的身体健康。但墙体霉菌不是顽疾,是可以进行人为控制的。本文从房屋结构、房屋质量、施工质量等诸方面综述了墙体霉菌产生的原因,并通过归纳与总结,提出防治墙体霉菌的有效措施,以期为解决墙体霉菌的质量问题提供参考。Commonly seen on the wall,wall mold is a building quality problem,which not only damages the building itself but also endangers people＇s health.However,the problem is solvable and can be controlled.The paper analyses the causes of wall mold of the housing structure,housing quality,construction quality and other aspects and puts forward suggestions to fight against them effectively,With a view to solve the quality problem of mold wall to provide a reference.
