摘　　要：目的研究干扰对护理失误的影响。方法采用直接观察法观察护士进行静脉注射、肌内注射等操作过程中受到干扰与发生失误的关系。结果观察3869次操作,失误的发生和受干扰次数有明显关系,随着受干扰次数的增加,发生失误的比例也明显增加,经Logistic回归分析表明,程序失误的回归系数为0.322,OR值1.380,临床失误的回归系数为0.364,OR值为1.439。结论护理操作过程中受干扰越多,越容易发生护理失误。ObjectiveTo study the effect of disturbances on nursing lapsus.MethodObserve the relationship between nursing lapsus and disturbances during the process of intravenous injection and intramuscular injection by direct observation method.Result3869 times of nursing prosedure are observed.The result shows that the more frequent of disturbances,the higher rate of nursing lapsus nurses have.Logical regression analysis shows that regression coefficient of process lapsus is 0.322,OR value is 1.380.Regression coefficient of clinical lapsus is 0.364,OR value is 1.439.ConclusionThe more disturbances in nursing process,the easier nursing lapsus will accur.
