摘 要:对角钢热连轧过程进行有限元模拟,分析轧辊转速变化对机架间张力分布、堆拉率的影响,讨论张力变化对轧制力、孔型充满度的影响。结果表明;可通过调整拉钢率控制孔型充满程度,孔型充满程度随堆拉率的增大呈近似线性减小,轧制力随堆拉率的增大呈近似线性减小。这些结果为合理制定连轧大规格角钢的张力工艺制度提供参考。The hot continuous rolling of angle steel was simulated with finite element method.The effect of rolling speed change on interstand tension distribution and stacking/drawing ratio was analyzed.The effect of tension change on rolling force and pass full degree was discussed.The results indicate that pass full degree can be controlled by adjusting drawing rate,pass full degree and rolling force reduce as the increase of stacking/drawing ratio,and the relationship is approximately linear.These results can provide a reference for drawing up a reasonable tension schedule of continuous large-size angle steel rolling.
