摘　　要：目的　通过选择合理的扫描线圈、扫描计划以获得清晰的前列腺图像。方法　选择 19例病人首次使用体线圈行前列腺MRI检查 ,在 18个月内再次复诊扫描时使用盆腔相控表面线圈以相同的扫描计划进行检查。比较两种扫描方法所获得的图像之间的差异 (t检验 )。结果　通过对所获得的图像进行分析、比较 ,可知盆腔相控线圈所获图像优于体线圈 (有显著差异 )。结论　为了获得良好的前列腺磁共振检查图像 ,需根据病人情况尽量使用盆腔相控表面线圈。Objective Toobtainhighqualityofprostateimagesthroughselectionofpropersurfacecoilandscanningpro tocol.Methods 19patientswereseparatelyperformedonMRIexaminationwithbodycoilatthefirsttimeandwithpelvic phased arraycoilduringsubsequentvisitwithin 18months.Differencesbetweentheimagequalityobtainedwiththeabove twoscanningmethodswerecomparedbyt test.Results Asresultsofanalysisandcomparisonofimagequalityobtained withbodycoilandphased arraycoilitissignificantthatimagequalitywithphased arraycoilisbetterthanthatwithbody coil (P <0 .0 1) .Conclusion MRImagingoftheprostatemaybeconsideredtobeperformedusingphased arraycoilfor obtaininggoodimagequalityifpatientsituationispermitted .
