雌二醇对免离体血管条收缩及钙流动的影响

摘　　要：用离体兔胸主动脉条标本观察雌二醇对ＮＥ、ＫＣＬ和ＣａＣｌ２引起血管收缩的量－－效曲线的影响，发现大剂量Ｆｓｔ合ＮＥ、ＫＣＬ和ＣａＣｌ２的量－－效曲线非平行右移，最大反应均轻度压低ＩＣ５０，分别为２５００ｕｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１和２２０ｕｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１；提示Ｆｓｔ的扩张血管作用，可能与抑制血管平滑肌膜Ｃａ＾＋内流内关。The effects of estradiol on the does -response curves of NE,KCLandCaCl2 were studied on the isolated rabbit aortic strip the test results havebeen shown that Est shifetd the does response curves of NE, KCLand CaCl2 tothe right unparallely with these IC50 of 250umol/L, 200umol/L and 220umol/L. These results suggest that the relaxing dffect of Est on rabbit bloodvessels may be relevant to the rabbit blood vessels may be relevant to theinhibition of Ca++ influx into vascular smooth muscle.
