糖尿病患者视网膜背向散射积分超声组织定征的测定

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的发展与糖尿病患者视网膜IBS值之间的关系。方法糖尿病患者160例(320只眼),按视网膜病变程度分为3组,正常对照组80例(160只眼),应用HP5500,分别测量每位受检者的鼻侧、中部及颞侧的视网膜IBS值。结果随着糖尿病患者视网膜病变程度的加重,IBS值和IBS%增加,各组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者视网膜的IBS和IBS%随着病情的发展而增高,背向散射积分技术是评价糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法。Objective To investigate the relationship between the development of the diabetic retinopathy and the change of the Retina＇s integrated backseatter （IBS）. Methods 320 eyes of 160 diabetics were divided into 3 groups by the course of retinopathy, 160 eyes of 80 normal persons as control. Their IBS values were measured at nose side,temple side and middle side of retina by ultrasound. Results With the deterioration of retinopathy, the IBS and the IBS~ increased . The significant difference were found in various groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusions With the deterioration of retinopathy the IBS and the IBS% increased. The IBS technique is useful to assess the diabetic retinopathy.
