摘　　要：机场特殊土地基处理方案决策是一项复杂的系统工程,本文对机场中常见的特殊土(膨胀土、盐渍土、湿陷性黄土和软土)提出了4种土质的分类方案;建立了地基处理方案决策的专家评分知识库;采用层次分析法,得到评价指标体系的各个指标权重;建立了多层次模糊综合评判模型,进行方案决策。系统设计采用VB 6.0和Access2000研制开发机场特殊土地基处理专家系统,系统功能包括:土质概况、土质分类、方案决策和工程实例数据资料。The intelligent decision in special soil improvement of airport is a complex systems engineering.The paper provides the classifications of four kinds of familiar special soil（swelling soil,saline soil,collapsible loess and soft soil） in the airport.Based on the experts＇ opinion,the marking knowledge base has been established.Adopted the hierarchical analysis,each index weight in the evaluation system is gained.Multi-hierarchical comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model has been established to optimize plan.The system adopts VB 6.0 and Access 2000 to realize the expert system.The system mainly includes four parts：the soil profile,soil classification,program decision-making and engineering data.
