摘　　要：随着现代建筑的日益高层化以及几年来火灾事故的接连发生,建筑防火材料,尤其是建筑防火涂料的研究与应用已摆在了十分重要的地位,成为预防与遏制火灾事故发生的有效措施之一。本文分别从无机防火涂料、有机防火涂料以及无机—有机复合防火涂料3个方面,对国内建筑防火涂料的主要发展历程以及研究进展进行了介绍,并针对目前国内建筑防火涂料存在的诸多问题,提出了今后防火涂料绿色化以及多功能化的发展方向。With modern buildings higher increasingly,as well as fire accidents happen continuously over the past few years,building fireproof materials,especially the research and application of building fireproof coating has been placed at a very important position,as one of the effective measures of the prevention and containment of fire accidents.Separately from three aspects of inorganic fireproof coating,organic fireproof coating and inorganic-organic composite fireproof coating,the main development course and research progress of the domestic building fireproof coating are introduced in this paper.According to some existing problems of the domestic building fireproof coating,development directions of fireproof coating,such as greening and multi-functional,are bring forward.
