摘　　要：目的　进一步研究经皮穿刺颈椎间盘切除术 (PCD)治疗颈椎间盘突出症 (CDP)疗效的影响因素。方法　回顾分析 2 1例PCD治疗CDP患者。观察疗效 ,论证PCD机理。结果　穿刺成功率10 0 % ,2 0例优良 ,无并发症。Objective To investigate the factors which affect the therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous cervical diskectomy (PCD) on cervical disc protrusion (CDP). Methods 21 cases with CDP treated by PCD were analyzed and reviewed. After evaluating the efficacy, the mechanism of PCD were discussed. Results The successful rate reached 100%. Good to excellent results were obtained in 20 cases without significant complication. Conclusions PCD is safety without any influence to the stability of human cervical spine.
