普乐林注射液治疗冠心病的临床观察及其对血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘　　要：该文报告了普乐林注射液对 2 1例冠心病人疗效的观察及其对血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的影响。用本药 5 0 0mg/d静注 ,连续 10d ,结果表明 ,用药后患者的心绞痛症状明显缓解 ,心电图亦有不同程度的改善 ,血浆内皮素显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,而血浆降钙素基因相关肽显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,同时 ,血压下降 ,心率减慢。血常规、肝功能、肾功能无明显变化 ,未发现明显毒副作用。Plamsa edothelin (ET) and plamsa calitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) were measured in 21 cases with coronary heart disease with radioimmunoassay after 10-day therapy with purerin (500mg/d ivgtt). The result shows that after the treatment, the occurrence of angina pectoris was decreased significantly, ECG was impruved with different degree, plamsa ET was decreased significantly (p<0.005) while plamsa CGRP was increased significantly (p<0.001). At the same time, the blood pressure was lower than before, heart rate was slower. The results indicate that therapy with purerin is of benefit to patients with coronary heart disease.
