摘　　要：针对消失模模具数控铣削编程中反复设置加工参数的问题,通过加工工艺参数的收集和定制,建立UG/CAM标准加工工艺模板,优化数控编程的工作流程,并结合实例进行了验证,结果显示对提高数控编程效率有很大的指导作用,同时可以让新的编程员很快学会编程。To solve the problem of repeatedly setting the processing parameter in the numerical control milling programming of lost foam mold,the UG/CAM processing template was established by collecting and designing parameters to optimize the working flow of numerical control programming.The method was verified by an example of processing a part.The result showed that the method can provide much instruction to enhance the numerical control programming efficiency,and also assistance for the new programmers.
