摘  要:将现代振动测试手段和有限元模态分析技术相结合,对新研发的立式加工中心0540d整机系统进行振动特性分析。用有限元计算方法对新研发的产品整机进行动态性能预估,掌握机床加工区域的振型及系统的固有频率。在该数控机床生产安装完成后对整机进行振动模态测试,把实验得到的模态参数与有限元计算值进行对比验证。结果的对比分析表明,有限元模型的振型与实验基本一致,计算得到的固有频率与测试频率误差在16%之内。说明该有限元模型可以真实地反映实际动态特性的,同时也可以对研发的新产品进行动态特性预估分析。The vibration characteristics of the new vertical machining center 0540d systems were analyzed by means of the combination of vibration testing and finite element modal analysis in this paper.Firstly,the dynamic performance of the new product machine was predicted by controlling modal shapes of machining region and natural frequencies of the system by finite element method.Secondly,compared with calculated data the entire machine tool's modal parameters were tested after installation completely.Then,the finite element model's modal shapes were agreed to the test by comparative analysis,and its frequency errors reached less than 16%.Finally,the finite element model could truly reflect the actual dynamic characteristics of the machine tool,but also could develop new products on dynamic performance prediction analysis.
