TST与PPH治疗混合痔疗效对比观察

摘　　要：为探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗混合痔的临床效果，将145例混合痔患者分为两组，行TST手术治疗的76例混合痔患者为TST组，行PPH治疗的69例患者为PPH组。对两组患者疗效、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、总体满意度及术后并发症进行对比分析。结果显示，TST组与PPH组治愈率均为100％，但TST组在手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、总体满意度、切除标本重量及术后并发症、疼痛指数方面均优于PPH组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结果表明，TST是一种疗效确切、术后并发症发生率低、疗程短、患者满意度高的新技术，具有很高的临床应用价值。One hundred and forty five patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups. Seventy six patients underwent tissue selection therapy（TST）,the TST group;while 69 patients underwent PPH,the PPH group. Therapeutic efficacy,operative time,hospital stay,hospital expenditure,total satis faction score and postoperative complication in two group patients were compared and analysed. As results, the cure rate was 100% in the two groups while the aspects of intraoperative time, hospital stay, hospital expenditure,total satisfaction score, resection speoimen weight postoperative complication and pain index were better in TST group than in PPH group（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that TST is a better new surgical procedure with certain curative effect, less postoperative complication, short curative course, high patients＇ satisfaction and is of higher value of clinical application.
