摘 要:依据针贯入法的检测原理,对针贯入法检测C50以上高强混凝土强度进行了试验研究。在试验研究的基础上,得出了贯入阻力与高强混凝土强度的相关关系式,将试验数据采用不同类型的曲线进行了拟合,并对各个曲线的检测误差进行了对比分析,发现贯入阻力与高强混凝土强度为非线性关系。工程实例对非线性测强曲线的验证结果表明,针贯入法检测高强混凝土强度的非线性测强曲线的精度满足工程实际的质量控制要求。According to the principle of the pin-penetration method,experimental study on the strength of high-strength concrete with strength higher than C50 by pin-penetration method was made.On the basis of the experiment study,the relational expression of the penetration-resistance and the strength was established.The experimental data were fit by different type curves,and comparative analysis of the detection error of various curves was made.The analysis result shows that the relationship between the penetration-resistance and the strength is nonlinear.The nonlinear strength curve was verified by engineering projects and the precision can meet the quality control of the engineering practice.
