不锈制绳钢丝韧性的不同评价方法及其适用性分析

摘　　要：不锈制绳钢丝的相关标准对其韧性有相应的评价方法。本文通过对不锈制绳钢丝进行缠绕试验、弯曲试验、打结拉伸和扭转试验等对比，分析了各韧性评价方法及其对应的试验结果。宜采用缠绕试验作为评价不锈制绳钢丝韧性的方法；通过扭转试验所得的扭转次数进行不锈制绳钢丝韧性的评价，其结果并不可靠。There are tenacity testing methods in the standards of stainless steel rope wire. Wrapping test, bend test, knottensiling test and torsion test are applied to test the tenacity property of stainless steel rope wire. After analyzing the test results, wrapping test are recommended to be the proper way to test the tenacity property of stainless steel rope wire. The test result of torsion test is not reliable.
