摘　　要：简要介绍了唐钢第一钢轧厂通过优化生产组织，采取一系列措施，确保连铸机恒定的拉速，从而得到良好的铸坯质量。The quality of casting blank has been largely improved by keeping a steady speed of continuous cast, for which is achieved through both optimization of production process and a series of measure taken in No. 1 Steel Rolling Mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Group.
