摘　　要：介绍了我国高档冷轧板带结构调整发展情况、高档冷轧辊特点、研究发展模式以及辊坯制备的关键技术。“十一五”期间河冶科技与山西百一、常州轧辊制造公司等大力合作，对高端冷轧工作辊的材质研究、辊坯制备工艺、热处理等方面作了大量工作，整体锻制高速钢、半高速铜、高碳高铬冷作模具铜等高合金钢冷轧工作辊坯的制备技术趋于成熟。This article introduces the structure adjustment of high grade cold rolled strip, characteristics of high-grade cold roll, R＆D mode and key technology of preparing roll blank in China. During the Eleventh five-year Plan period, HEYE Special Steel Co.,Ltd. strongly cooperated with Shanxi Buyeasy machinery Co., Ltd. and Baosteel Group Changzhou roll manufacturie company , having done a great deal of work on the high-grade cold roll material research , roll blank manufacturing craft and heat treatment. The manufacturing technology of entire forged HSS ,semi-HSS, high carbon and chromium cold work die steel of high alloy steel cold-work roll blank are becoming mature.
