生血宁片治疗儿童缺铁性贫血气血两虚证临床观察  

Clinical Study on Shengxuening Tablet for the Treatment of Iron-Deficiency Anemia with Qi- Blood Deficiency Syndrome in Children

摘　　要：采用随机对照原则和阳性药物对照设计方案，观察儿童缺铁性贫血１２０例。结果表明：生血宁片治疗缺铁性贫血的总显效率、总有效率分别为６７．８％、９３．３％；治疗气血两虚证证候之总显效率、总有效率分别为８１．１％、８９．９％。与对照组（琥珀酸亚铁片）比较，两组均能升高儿童缺铁性贫血的红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血清铁、血清总铁结合力，改善临床症状，对红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白量以及脘闷不适、眩晕等临床症状的改善以治疗药为优。A randomized and positive-drug controlled trial was used to observe the effect of Shengxuening Tablet on 120 cases of iron deficiency Anemia in children, The results showed that in Shengxuening Tablet group, the markedly effective rate and the total effetive rate were 67.8% amd 93. 3% respectively for the iron-deficiency anemia, and 81. 1 % and 98. 9% respectively for the qi-blood deficiency syndrome. The erythrocyte count , hemoglobin content , mean corpuscular volume ( MCV ), mean corpuscular hemoglobin ( MCH ), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, serum iron, total iron binding capacity and clinical manifestations were improved in both groups, but MCV, MCH, chest fullness and discomfort and dizziness were much improved in Shengxuening Tablet group.
