口服复方丹参滴丸血清中丹参相关成分的LC/MS检测

摘　　要：以ＬＣ／ＭＳ联用检测技术及与标准品对照的方法，分离检测健康志愿者口服丹参滴丸后血清中丹参相关的一些水溶性成分及代谢产物。研究结果表明，对复杂的中药复方及复方的体内代谢产物仅用一级质谱（ＬＣ／ＭＳ）分析检测有其局限性，尚须进一步用多级质谱（ＬＣ／ＭＳｎ）加以检测、确证。The simultaneous determination of active ingredients (water soluble) and their probable metabolites of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in healthy volunteers' serum sample after oral adminis- tration of Danshen Dropping pill by LC/MS has been demonstated. The primary mass spectrometer of several components in serum have been obtained and matched against known standards. The re- sults show that LC/MS has its limitations for determination of compounds in compound prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine and in biological samples. The confirmation for those compounds should be performed by LC/MS.
