促孕胶囊的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：采用促孕胶囊大、中、小３个剂量（１．６、０．８、０．４ｇ·ｋｇ－１）进行主要药效学实验研究，发现促孕胶囊对幼年雌性小鼠阴道角化上皮细胞有生成作用，并可增加子宫重量，对幼年雌性大鼠有明显促排卵和黄体形成作用。对复方１８－甲基炔诺酮致小鼠不孕模型，促孕胶囊有明显促孕作用。对雄激素致无排卵大鼠，给予促孕胶囊后卵泡囊性扩张明显减少，黄体数目明显增加；免疫组化显示雌、孕激素受体，促孕胶囊组动物阳性反应明显优于丙睾模型组，经放免测定促孕胶囊组动物雌二醇含量明显高于丙睾模型组，孕酮含量亦明显增高，提示促孕胶囊有调节体内激素水平的功能。Pharmacodynamic study of Cu-Yun capsule in the dosages of 1 . 6, 0. 8and 0. 4g/kg was reported. Experimental results showed that Cu-Yun capsule can accelerate the growth of vaginal keratinized epithelium, increase the uterus weight, promote ovulation and the formation of yellow body in young female rats, and also promote pregnancy in 18-methylnorethindrone-induced infer- tility mouse model. In androgen- induced anovulatory rats, the cystic dilatation of follicles de- creased and the number of yellow body increased. Detecting by immunohistochemistry method, the incidence of positive reaction for estrogen and progestin hormone receptors in Cu-Yun capsule group is higher than testosterone propionate model group. Radioimmunoassay showed that the con- tent of estradiol in Cu-Yun capsule group was much higher than that in the testosterone propionate model group, and progesterone content was also increased in Cu-Yun capsule group. It is indicat- ed that Cu-Yun capsule can regulate the level of hormones.
