压滤机过滤铝土矿浮选矿浆的探索

摘　　要：选矿拜耳法是处理我国低品位铝土矿的主要方法之一。但是由于我国铝土矿资源自身特点,造成选矿过程中矿石泥化现象严重,矿石过滤性能较差。在工业实践中采用的陶瓷过滤机与立盘过滤机均存在或多或少的问题。本文主要结合铝土矿泥化现象严重的特点,研究了压滤机针对铝土矿矿浆的过滤性能,并与陶瓷过滤机、立盘过滤机等进行了技术经济比较。Dressing/Bayer process is one of main methods to deal with the low grade bauxite. As the bauxite in China is characterized by argillation, it is difficult to filter. There are some problems during industry practices which china filters and pan filters are used to filter slurry. The filtering performances of pressure filters are studied in this paper, and compared with china filter and pan filter on technical economy.
