摘  要:为了降低钡盐脱硫成本使其循环使用,提出了高硫铝土矿苛化后液氢氧化钡脱硫渣回收钡的方法,并通过单因素和正交实验方法考查了反应温度、反应时间、盐酸浓度对其中碳酸钡分解率的影响。结果表明:对碳酸钡分解率影响因素的主次顺序为:盐酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间。较佳反应条件是反应温度为65℃、反应时间为40min和盐酸浓度为30%,碳酸钡分解率为97.98%。In order to decrease the desulfurization cost, a method of recycling barium salt from the causticizing liquid desulfurized slags by barium hydroxide was introduced. The influence of hydrochloride concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature on decomposition ratio of barium carbonate were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment methods. The results showed that the important order of influencing factors were hydrochloride concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time, and the better reaction conditions were that reaction temperature of 65 ℃, reaction time of 40rain, and the hydrechloride concentration of 30%, under this condition the decomposition ratio of barium carbonate reached 97.98%.
