摘　　要：目的 :为了对解脲脲原体 (UU)合理用药 ,预防并发症的发生。方法 :采用直接培养法对1 2 32例患者标本进行了 UU检测 ,年龄在 1 0～ 65岁之间。结果 :男性 2 34例 ,阳性率为 49.1 5%(1 1 5/2 34) ,女性 998例阳性率为 69.84% (697/998) ,总阳性率 65.91 % (81 2 /1 2 32 ) ;以 1 8～ 45岁的年龄组为最多 ,阳性率也最高 ,达 76.92 % (90 0 /1 1 70 )。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,价格低廉 。Objective:To instruct rational application of antibiotics and prevent the combination from happening in patients with Ureapiasma Urealyticum (UU)infection,Methods:Culture was uscd.1232 paticnts agcd between 10~65 were tested.Results:(1)234 male with a positive rate of 4915%,998 female,with a positive rate of 6984%.The total positive rate is 6591%.Patients aged between 18~45 group has the most cases and the highest positive rate,that is 7692%.Conclusion:The culture method is cheap,practical and convenient,so it's available for clinical laboratory.
