摘　　要：目的 :研制尿沉渣红、白细胞质控物。方法　采用 PBS洗涤红细胞、白细胞 ,并进行醛化处理和防腐处理。结果 :经过 6个月的测定 ,高、中、低值质控物测定与靶值无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :红细胞、白细胞质控物进行醛化后 ,并以 PBS为保存液 ,可长期保存 。Objective: To study the red blood cell (RBC) and white blood cell (WBC) quality control sample of urine dustMethods:RBC and WBC were washed with PBS , which were aldehyded and antisepticed Results: Compared with results of high ,medium,low lever quality control sample the standard results have no significant difference Conclusion: RBC and WBC quality control sample can be preserved for a long time and it is very stable when which was aldehyded and preserved with PBS
